Wes Geer and Constance Scharff, PhD will present an interactive session on “Consciousness and Music” at Yale University’s Divinity School for a meeting of the Society for Consciousness Studies.

 

The Society for Consciousness Studies is one of the world’s leading groups of scholars addressing the study of consciousness through research. 

 

The Rock to Recovery presentation will allow conference participants to experience firsthand how writing a song and playing music can create shifts in consciousness. Creating these shifts in perception and being is useful in the treatment of mental illness, trauma and addiction.
