Kendrick Strauch is a musician living in Los Angeles. He was a member of Brooklyn-based indie band Harlem Shakes (Gigantic Records), touring with bands like Vampire Weekend, Tokyo Police Club, and Deerhoof. Kendrick has written and recorded original songs for the DIGS channel and the Elevate theater company. He also earned an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Yale University.

Kendrick has been clean and sober since 2018, and has discovered a newfound purpose playing music with others in recovery. When Kendrick isn’t playing music (or “The Floor is Lava” with his two kids), he manages a medical testing site.
