Luke Fosgett

Luke grew up playing low brass instruments in orchestras and wind ensembles. Over the years he’s picked up many different instruments with a natural talent for them all. While facing mental health struggles in adolescence, he found a passion for the healing power of music. Eventually drug use took over his life, and he found himself desperate for change. While in treatment in 2019, Luke was a client in a Rock to Recovery group. He has stayed clean since that time, reignited his passion for music, and is now part of the Rock to Recovery team. Luke continues to write and perform music, knowing first-hand how valuable creative expression can be for one’s healing and wellbeing. In his free time, he loves being in nature, getting involved in the recovery community, traveling the world, or just spending time with his cat.
